Refund policy

We absolutely guarantee that the sample or decant of perfume you purchase from TNA Scents is genuine, authentic perfume taken from the manufacturer’s bottle and decanted by hand. We, unfortunately, cannot guarantee that you will like it; you may even hate it.

We have a strict policy for returns and refunds: we only accept returns of 'unopened' items. This means we cannot accept returns if the outer packaging or box has been opened, no matter the circumstances. Remember that perfume is highly personal and subjective. Therefore, we cannot provide returns or refunds for products that have been opened and used simply because you're not satisfied with the fragrance.

At TNAScents, we guarantee that every sample or decant contains genuine, authentic perfume taken directly from the manufacturer’s bottle and decanted by hand.

Samples and decants are non-returnable once the outer packaging has been opened.

Returns are accepted only if the outer box or envelope remains completely unopened and sealed exactly as originally received.

Once the packaging has been opened, the item is considered used and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
